Cancellation Policy
Payment of any invoice issued by The Classic Booth constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Dates are not held without receipt of the deposit. The deposit secures availability and covers preparatory costs associated with your event. The remaining balance is due no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit. All payments made are considered confirmation that the client has reviewed and agreed to these terms. No signed contract is required. If you have questions regarding your booking or payment schedule, please contact us prior to submitting payment.
